Hi! I must admit that I use a ready made pie crust in a tin. But, I run into that problem too; try tenting the quiche with aluminum foil once it has browned to your liking.
I don't make quiche all that often. And it's probably because it is so time-consuming. But you're right -- next time, I should just make two and freeze one of them to enjoy later without any work at all. ;)
That is a nice read. It made me crave.
I love keeping some quiche in the freezer for a quick dinner. The handy print and cut directions you included make it easy to pass along a "freezer quiche" to a friend. Thanks for the recipes and ideas.
Can i get a Quiche recipe without eggs pretty please. I'm allergic to it.
Thanks for your comment. I don't think you can make quiche without egg. We have this allergy in my family too...so we focus on all the other wonderful dishes we can enjoy!

Hi Dinnermom! I love quiche but I usually end up burning the crust or not cooking the filling well enough.Do you think its could have something to do with the pan I'm using?
What pan would you recommend to cook quiche in..I usually use a heavy ceramic dish.
